The Mary Ruchalski Foundation is a corporation formed under Section 402 of New York's Not-for-Profit Corporation Law, and is dedicated to accomplishing its mission, to raise funds for pediatric cancer and to help those affected by it. 

We are recognized by the IRS for Exemption under Section 501 (C)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
